Sophia Gilberto is a serious
girl with an acting mission. She has been performing on stage since she was 5 years old in communtiy plays.

Just cast for feature film 'The Visionary' with Proulx Productions as " 13 year old Samantha". Release date January 2011.

Working on TIME AND CHARGES, a full feature written and directed by Academy Award winner Ernest Thompson. Sophia has been an extra many times in this film and is also working crew, to learn the other side of the camera.

"When North Winds Blow" - lead as Melissa Oct 16, 2009 to Oct 22, 2009 in cinemas.

"The Sampler Girl" - lead as Darla Dorr. A movie short targeted to be a TV Pilot next year.

She just completed a Sci-Fi film trailer "SuperHero Of The Year" and was just cast as a principle actor in "Oldbury Hill" webisode as "Julie", online now.

Sophia participates in 48hr films, which gave her inspiration to write, direct and act in her own film called " The Dates", completed in 24hours.

Sophia was also invited to be a guest on PBS Kids Dragonfly TV.

Sophia has modeled for
BayState Parents Magazine and Almost Famous Magazine in 2008.
