Who are agents? Agents are people who work for an agency. They represent actors by helping them land talent gigs. Agents usually get a cut of 5%-10% of the actor's gross salary. This happens after the actor is paid.
Who are Talent Managers? Talent Managers are people who manage your acting career. They usually take 10%-20% of the actor's gross salary.
