Each Talent & Skill employee work at home or on the road. . Talent & Skills, Inc. emphasizes on hard work, and loyalty to its talent and agents. Every employee at Talent & Skills, Inc.  takes pride in helping artists show off their talent and skills to the general public, agents, casting directors, producers, and recruiters. 

Talent & Skills, Inc. has a diverse group of employees. Talent & Skills, Inc. is non-discriminatory. However, Talent & Skills, Inc. does favor people who have connections in the entertainment industry or have a lot to offer as far as helping our talent get discovered. Like the say out there, “why get involved if you don’t believe in the product or idea?” It will show in your face or attitude that you don’t believe in it. Talent & Skills, Inc. currently operates in 3 different locations: New Jersey, California, and London. Talent & Skills, Inc. is not a franchise or in the Stock Exchange.  In the near future, Talent & Skills, Inc. might open up an office to the general public. For now, Talent & Skills, Inc. will be hosting events or will be participating in major entertainment events in select cities around the world.
